Appointment Policy
We value your time and ours. Please note our policy for missed or late appointments:
Late Arrivals (10+ minutes) → Service may not be possible if arrival is too late to fit into the day’s schedule. In such cases, a fee equal to 50% of the grooming cost will be charged.
No-Shows → Full price of the scheduled groom will be charged. Additionally, No-Show clients will be charged ½ of expected groom in order to be rescheduled. Clients who No-Show more than two times will not be rebooked.
Cancellations → To avoid charges, changes or cancellations must be submitted at least two business days prior. 100% of the scheduled grooming service will be charged to your card.
New Clients → A 50% deposit is required to reserve your grooming appointment. This deposit is applied to your service when you arrive but becomes non‑refundable if you fail to attend the appointment.
Scheduling an appointment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
