Appointment Policy

We value your time and ours! Please note our policy for missed or late appointments:

No-Shows → Full price of the scheduled groom will be charged.

Late Arrivals (10+ minutes) → 50% of the grooming fee will be charged. Service may be refused if arrival is too late.

CancellationsMust be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

New Clients → Will pay a non-refundable deposit equaling 1/2 expected groom cost.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. A credit card is required to hold all grooming appointments.
